OPEN CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

WORKSHOP: HISTORY NOW with Lilach Dekel Avneri and Allex.(Liat) Fassberg

History Now is a  practical research workshop with theater creator and director of the Pathos-Mathos performance group: Lilach Dekel Avneri, in which participants will experience working with ready-made historical textual materials, in order to create a performance for the camera. Beside with Lilach, participants will also have the opportunity to work and co-create with  Allex. (Liat) Fassberg, an Israeli playwright and freelance Dramaturg living in Berlin. 

Who can apply: 

• Actors, actresses and performers from Kosovo (and abroad) aged between 18-40 years are eligible to apply .

Practicalities: 

• The workshop will take place in Prishtina, between October 14-28. 
• The workshop will be concluded with a public performance on October 28 which will be part of Kosovo Theatre Showcase.  
• 5 applicants will be selected for the workshop and they will be paid a 300 EUR honorarium by the organizers. 
• Additional abilities such as singing, playing music and dance at a professional level - are an advantage.
• Fluent English speaking abilities will be an advantage in the selection process.
