Qendra Multimedia’s The Sworn Virgin will participate at the sixth edition of POLIS Festival, taking place in Ravenna, Italy between 2-7 June, 2023. The Sworn Virgin will be presented on June 5 and 6 at Almagia Artificerie.

Programmed under the theme ‘Balkan in Focus’, this year’s edition of Polip draws upon the idea of Ulay, the renowned German artist, that “Aesthetics without ethics are cosmetic”, and it seeks to explore the latest and most provocative theatre productions, with Southeastern Europe in focus.

Among the participating artists of POLIS 2023 are Oliver Frljić, Branko Simić, Gemma Hansson Carbone, the French Collective Zone Poéme and Žiga Divjak.
