In the framework of the residency program for writers of the READ project Qendra Multimedia has organized two events with writer Alban Tufa who is staying in a one-month residency in Prishtina.
The first event was organized on Thursday 24 June at the Oda Theater where Alban Tufa has read excerpts from his new book "An evening like last night" while he also discussed about his works, about literature in Albania and the impact of literature on society.
The second event was organized on Wednesday 30 June at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Prishtina where Tufa discussed with students a variety of interesting topics like: the new literary trends, cultural and artistic developments in Albania and the new literary scene in Tirana. These events are organized by Qendra Multimedia as they were carried out in in the framework of the project Regional Network for Cultural Diversity – READ.
Regional Network for Cultural Diversity (READ) is a regional project funded by the European Union and is implemented by Goethe-Institut Skopje together with the partner organizations: Center for Balkan Cooperation – Loja (North Macedonia), Fondacioni Instituti i Librit dhe i Promocionit (Albania), Kalem Culture Association (Turkey), Association Krokodil (Serbia) and Qendra Multimedia (Kosovo).
