From North Macedonia, Kosovo, Portugal, Switzerland and Albania, Qendra Multimedia brings a rich programme of activities for the final three months of 2026.

The programme combines two premieres on local stages with performances at international theatres and festivals.

October opens with the premiere of UNRECOGNIZED on 10 October at the Albanian Theatre in Skopje, as part of the Skupi Festival. The production will subsequently be presented in Gjilan, Prishtina and Tirana, as well as in Prizren during the Kosovo Theatre Showcase, before continuing its European tour to Sweden and Georgia.

In the same month, Under the Shade of a Tree I Sat and Wept will be presented at the São Luiz Theatre in Lisbon, Portugal, on 23, 24 and 25 October. Meanwhile, PRISHTINA. The Premeditated Killing of a Dream will travel to Switzerland for two performances at Bühne Aarau on 30 and 31 October.

November brings another major event with the Kosovo Theatre Showcase, taking place from 6 to 8 November in Prizren. This special edition, themed “[DE]CONTAMINATING THE TRUTH: Can Theatre Reconcile the Contradictions Between Truths? If Yes, Then at What Cost?”, will feature performances and discussions exploring the role of theatre in confronting truths, contradictions and contemporary realities.

As part of the Showcase, the premiere of Kosovo Trilogy in Two Parts will take place on 7 November, followed by a presentation of UNRECOGNIZED on 8 November.

The programme will continue throughout November and December, with presentations of PRISHTINA. The Premeditated Killing of a Dream and Kosovo Trilogy in Two Parts at the National Theatre of Kosovo in Prishtina.

Through this programme, Qendra Multimedia continues to create spaces for contemporary theatre, artistic exchange and dialogue with audiences, connecting Kosovo’s theatre scene with international stages and audiences.
