Qendra Multimedia and the team of “55 shades of gay” play are shocked by the fascist comment of Xheladin Krasniqi who is an official of the Ministry of Justice. He calls for a direct murder of the “55 shades of gay” theatre play team.

Such comments that call for hate and appeal for murder are always disturbing and should be taken seriously. However, these comments become even more disturbing when they come by a state official and are directed toward artists. The team of “55 shades of gay” has understood seriously the threat of the Ministry of Justice official and in this context we want to invite the prosecution to investigate on this case of public threat. On the same time, we appeal to the Ministry of Justice to undertake measures against its official and to distance itself from such fascist comments. A Taliban mindset as this official that calls to “behead artists with swords” should not have a place in the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.

In the meantime, we publicly want to invite Mr. Abelard Tahiri, the Minister at the Ministry of Justice that on Tuesday (19 February) to attend our show at Oda Theatre in Prishtina.
