Through the open call for Artistic Residencies Reconnection 2.0 within the Reconnection 2.0 project funded by the European Union, managed by the European Union Office in Kosovo and implemented by Qendra Multimedia (Prishtina) and Heartefact Fund (Belgrade), two creatives, Mina Milosevic and Dejan Jovanovic have each benefited an artistic residency in Prishtina which they will implement during September 2022. Both beneficiaries will exchange their experiences with artists from Prishtina and will work closely with the international team of artists and cultural workers in the theater project Negotiating Peace..

Mina Milošević is a playwright, dramaturg, and screenwriter. She graduated with a BA in Dramaturgy and with an MA in Theory of drama arts and media at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. She worked as a dramaturg on shows: Dr Auslander (Made for Germany) (BITEF festival, Yugoslav drama theatre), Speech to the Nation (Atelje 212), Orlando (National theatre in Belgrade), Ibsen’s Ghosts (Belgrade drama theatre). She wrote plays: Lysistrata (BITEF Poliphony), Ibsen’s Ghosts (Belgrade Drama Theatre), The Hours (Faculty of Arts, Kosovska Mitrovica/Zvečan). She wrote a screenplay for a documentary film How the Student Fight Was Cooked (Students’ City Cultural Center), a screenplay for a graphical novel Feminist Utopia (Center for Women’s Studies), and screenplays for short films. She wrote theatre critics and analyses for See Stage, Iz Off-a, and for Radio Nezavisna. She lives and writes in Belgrade.

Dejan Jovanović is a highly experienced project manager and cultural operator with a remarkable track record in the challenging realm of event management, boasting over two decades of expertise. His career has taken him to various locations, primarily within the Balkans, as well as Europe and the United States. Throughout his career, he has organized theater tours and other cultural events for various renowned theater companies.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dejan resides and operates from Belgrade. He is happily married and is a loving parent to two children, adding a personal touch to his impressive professional profile.
